Creamy tarragon dressing

Makes 6 servings
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon leaf tarragon, crumbled
- ¼ teaspoon coarse black pepper

Stir together all the ingredients in small bowl.

Creamy tarragon dressing is the ideal complement to the first of the spring asparagus.
